YOUR SATISFACTION IS OUR GOAL
We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products and service! We are committed to your satisfaction and would like to earn your business for years to come. We are happy to work with you in the event that you desire to exchange items. See the Exchanges and Returns section below. Our 110% Lowest Price Guarantee is our commitment to you. If you find the exact order, including shipping costs, for a lower published price within 14 days from the delivery date of your purchase, we will refund 110% of the difference back to you! This policy only applies to Internet sales and must be a published price and available for viewing. Seconds, closeouts, factory reconditioned products, previous generation products, special orders, liquidations, and "bargain cave" type offers are excluded from this policy, as are charges for applicable sales tax. Email us at Customer Service, include the link to the competitors page along with your RCS Optics™ order number and upon verification we will refund 110% of the difference back to you!

Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. RCS Optics™ is not responsible for pricing errors and reserves the right to cancel any order. We have made every effort to ensure accuracy of the information listed and RCS Optics™ is not responsible for any errors in product descriptions or pricing.

SHIPPING
We understand our customers expect fast and secure delivery. All orders are generally processed the day received. All in stock items are generally shipped the next business day. Unless you choose a freight upgrade, all orders are shipped UPS ground service and will arrive in 6 to 10 days. It is important to inspect the package at the time of delivery. If there are indications that the package was damaged in transit then you need to contact the shipper and file a claim with the shipper. Products damaged in transit are not returnable.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
In the unlikely event that you need to return the purchased item(s), please notify us at Customer Service for proper procedures prior to any returns.

Exchanged goods policy: The product must be returned within 48 hours to RCS Optics™ in new condition with all accessories and manuals in original packaging, freight prepaid. Free shipping promotions are not applicable to exchanged goods. RCS Optics™ reserves the right to charge a $10 exchange fee.

Return goods policy: If the package was damaged in transit, a claim with the shipper using the package tracking number, must be made by the customer, preferrably at the time of delivery. Packages damaged in transit are not returnable. If a product is defective upon receipt, then the item should be returned to the manufacturer according to their warranty instructions. If you need assistance email us at Customer Service. We will be glad to help you. All other returns must have a Return Authorization Number clearly marked on the prepaid package. Please email Customer Service to receive a number and return mailing address. Any package mailed without a Return Authorization number will be refused. Returned merchandise for exchange or refund must meet the following conditions. Returns that fail to meet these conditions will be refused:

Product must be in new, unopened condition. Do not remove any shrink wrap around the original box.
Return in original packaging within 15 days of delivery.
Enclose a copy of the invoice
Enclose a brief letter of explaination

Return credit will be applied only after receipt of returned goods in new condition. Merchandise returned for a refund will be charged a 15% restocking fee. All return freight must be prepaid. RCS Optics™ encourages you to insure the package for your protection. Shipping charges are not refundable. Returned product is credited the amount of the order less the actual cost of original shipping, this policy applies to all orders including any special offers of "Free Shipping". This means that if a product is ordered that is valid for a free shipping promotion and the produt is returned, then the actual cost that RCS Optics™ paid for shipping the product initially will be subtracted against the return credit. Once a scope is mounted (placing the scope in rings constitutes mounting), it becomes used product. Used products are not eligible for refund, exchange, or return.

GENERAL TERMS
RCS Optics™ is not responsible for mis-prints or errors on our site or any printed advertisement. RCS Optics™ reserves the right to modify or discontinue this or any policy without notice. Personal and or business checks are held 10 business days.

RCS Optics™ may advertise and/or offer to sell merchandise without sales tax. These offers are extended to all United States purchases except those where the shipping address is located within the Great State of South Dakota. Since our principle place of business is located within Yankton County, South Dakota, we are required by the South Dakota Department of Revenue & Regulation to apply a sales tax to all purchases where the product is delivered to a South Dakota address. The current state sales tax rate for South Dakota is 4%. In addition, depending upon locality within South Dakota, RCS Optics™ is also required to charge municipal tax (1% - 2%) as well. Finally, freight charges are also taxable within the state of South Dakota.

Note of caution to our customers: Some retailers may offer illegally obtained products, including grey market goods, and offer them for sale at deep discounts. Be assured that RCS Optics™ is an authorized dealer, only sells items obtained directly from the manufacturer or authorized agents, and where dictated by the manufacturer we sell them at the lowest prices allowed. If you find items for less elsewhere please beware. Manufacturers may not honor a warranty claim on products that were purchased through unauthorized sources.

RCS Optics™ will only ship to United States of America and Canadian addresses. In order to conform to US Export rules and regulations, RCS Optics™ will not engage in any transaction that will require the illegal export of any products and will not assist directly or indirectly with the illegal export or re-export of any products.

WARRANTIES
All warranties are through the manufacturer only. No manufacture warranties are implied by RCS Optics™. we only sell optics that have an outstanding warranty from reputable companies and we do not sell any used or gray market products. Click Here for Manufactures Warranties.
